She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology Honours at the University of the Fraser Valley in 2022. Over the years, Ashley has dedicated much of her time working alongside youth and adults with diverse abilities, focusing on supporting their personal growth towards independence and overall well-being. Most recently, she has been working closely with high school students, helping them navigate emotional, mental, academic, and social challenges. Ashley takes a collaborative, person-centered approach, focusing on empowering individuals, while integrating approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. She strives to create a counselling environment that is warm and non-judgmental, where clients feel heard, understood, and inspired to work through their challenges. Ashley’s experience playing high level sports has shaped her understanding of discipline, resilience, and goal achievement, which she incorporates into her collaborative approach to support clients in reaching their personal goals. She strives to create a warm, welcoming, and safe space where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered. Most recently, he engaged in practicum training at the Edgewood Health Network, with a focus on trauma-informed care, motivation, and performance psychology, helping clients strengthen resilience and work toward meaningful change.
He takes a collaborative, person-centered approach, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. He strives to create a counselling space that is warm, supportive, and non-judgmental; where clients feel empowered, respected, and understood. Drawing from his background in high-level sports, he brings a unique perspective on discipline, resilience, and performance, which he weaves into his therapeutic work to help clients achieve their personal and professional goals.

She brings a background in healthcare and the legal field, having worked with individuals navigating trauma, addictions, anxiety, depression, and life transitions in hospital settings, and assisted clients with family and injury-related legal matters. She often draws from a trauma-informed and client-centred lens and has completed training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Nina is passionate about helping others feel safe, heard, and supported.

As a lifelong athlete, Nina has a particular interest in working with athletes, as well as individuals experiencing life transitions and trauma. After retiring from professional sport barb transitioned to her current position with Alberta Health Services as a Kinesiologist and Exercise Specialist within a program, she was a founding member of. parenting challenges. With a background and strong foundation in crisis counselling and
intervention, she has provided support to individuals during some of their most challenging
moments. She also has experience supporting individuals impacted by substance use
issues, whether directly or through a loved one, as well as individuals experiencing
relational trauma, and intimate partner violence.
Alicia operates from a trauma-informed, relational lens, working with both adults and
youth. She is trained in DBT, ACT, and the Gottman Method, allowing her to tailor her
approach to meet clients’ unique needs. Believing in the power of compassion, she
