Over the past seven years, Randi has worked with survivors of intimate partner violence as well as individuals who have used abusive behaviours, supporting clients through healing, accountability, and meaningful change. She has also served as a grief companion in a mentorship role, walking alongside individuals as they navigated loss and life transitions.
Randi practices from a trauma-informed perspective and recognizes the profound impact that life experiences can have on emotional well-being, relationships, and personal growth. She has completed specialized training in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), integrating evidence-based approaches while tailoring her work to each client's unique needs, strengths, and goals.
Randi believes that healing happens through authentic connection and collaboration. She strives to empower clients by building on their resilience and helping them develop practical tools to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion.
Outside of her professional life, Randi enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking local trails, and getting out on the water whenever she can.
