Jennifer is a mother, counsellor, speaker, mentor, Ironman, triathlete, and outdoor frolicker. She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP). Jennifer is also a Mental Performance Consultant (MPC) with the Canadian Sport Psychology Association, a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, and holds a Precision Nutrition Certification, along with several additional specialty designations.
Jennifer is deeply committed to giving back to her community while delivering the highest standard of care to those she serves. She is the Founder and Clinical Director of ProMentality Performance & Wellness, an organization dedicated to accessible, evidence-based mental health support. ProMentality Performance & Wellness contributes hundreds of thousands of dollars annually in reduced-rate and pro-bono services to help ensure barrier-free access to mental health care within the community.
Research consistently highlights the interconnected nature of overall wellness, including physical activity, nutrition, sleep, psychology, and lifestyle factors. In response, Jennifer has intentionally shaped her education, clinical work, and organizational leadership to reflect this integrative, evidence-based approach, bringing comprehensive care to the individuals and communities she supports.

Carla relocated from South Africa (where she was a registered psychologist since 2002) to Canada in Dec 2016. She holds a PhD in psycholgy (Canadian equiv.) from the university of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, a Masters in Ed. psychology (Canadian equiv.), a Psychology Honours degree as well as Bachelor of Science degree. She also has experience in the field of academia as lecturer and clinical supervisor, both in South Africa and Canada.
Carla works from a trauma informed perspective and an attachment based lens. She often draws from Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), psychodynamic principles and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. She also integrates CBT and DBT into the counselling work, depending on the needs of clients. Outside of her work as lecturer and counsellor, she enjoys long walks in nature with her husband, spending time with her two cats and dabbling in the field of creative writing.

Amber believes strongly in a wholistic approach to counselling which incorporates listening to the client’s experience of what is going on in their mind, body, and spirit. She is firmly grounded in a person-centered approach and draws from Internal Family Systems, Narrative, Trauma-informed CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and DBT. Amber has level 2 certification in Gottman Marriage Counselling and informal training in Relational Life Therapy to guide her work with couples.
Amber also has a wide range of experience and training in grief counselling and currently volunteers as a grief companion. She enjoys working with youth, adults, and couples.
